Inside the settings page (the cog at the top right of your profile screen), you can set a daily goal for your sleep, mindfulness, steps, stairs climbed, and water intake. The defaults are recommended values taken from the NHS in the UK.

Goals are perfect for keeping track of your daily progress and will serve as motivation for you to stay on track.

Use the app to monitor progress as the goal rings close in real-time. These movement and lifestyle activities are tracked via your connected tracker apps and wearables.
